Calculate and analyze portfolio returns using industry-standard attribution methodologies (e.g., Brinson, duration-based, spread analysis)

Identify and quantify sources of performance including yield curve positioning, credit spread changes, sector allocation, and security selection

Maintain and validate performance data from internal and external sources

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc performance attribution reports for internal stakeholders and clients

Ensure data quality and integrity

Partner with portfolio management team to interpret attribution results and inform investment decisions

Provide clear, concise explanations of performance drivers to both technical and non-technical audiences

Enhance attribution models and reporting processes through automation and advanced analytics tools

Collaborate with technology teams to implement system upgrades and improve workflow efficiency
