Sr. Hardware Services Product Manager
HP is seeking a Senior Hardware Product Manager to act as a strategic bridge between Hardware and Services. This role focuses on ensuring innovative and serviceable device designs while integrating service-optimized hardware with value-added service offerings to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between Hardware and Services leadership to ensure serviceability is a core design principle
Translate services strategies (e.g., predictive support, remote remediation, ADP, sustainability, lifecycle extensions) into hardware feature requirements
Shape and maintain a services-integrated HW roadmap, aligning with corporate growth initiatives
Drive cross-functional collaboration between HW engineering, design, and Services Product Managers
Influence design trade-offs to optimize serviceability without compromising innovation
Develop and track serviceability KPIs (repairability, parts availability, time-to-repair, cost-to-serve)
Ensure compliance with regional regulations (EU right-to-repair, sustainability mandates, etc.)
Represent the “voice of services customers” within hardware programs, advocating for end-to-end lifecycle experiences
Present business cases to executives that demonstrate how service-ready design directly impacts customer loyalty and profitability
Mentor cross-functional teams on designing for serviceability and lifecycle value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
10+ years of product management or HW/Services integration experience with proven impact
Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle economics and services-driven business models
Experience influencing executive-level stakeholders and driving alignment across global teams
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical requirements into financial outcomes
Excellent communication, executive storytelling, and decision-making skills
