Required

Pursuing a degree in a relevant engineering technology discipline, e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc

Effective listening, time management and creative problem-solving techniques

A desire to learn, grow and develop by working on projects that will impact Allegion's business and customers

Ability to work on site 5 days per week
