Responsibilities
Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained
General grounds and pool maintenance
Landscape-planting and weeding
Trash pickup and removal
Performing cleaning, basic maintenance and repair of pools and hot tubs
Other duties: Trimming, water plants, hang flyers, sweep grounds, etc
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of landscaping or grounds experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license required
Strong customer service orientation
Have an eye for detail to ensure property is presentable for new & existing residents
Perform light maintenance
Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
CPO (Certified Pool Operator Certification) preferred
Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred
