Responsibilities

Work with diverse disciplines in horizontal and vertical structural design delivery, including but not limited to structural, civils, environmental, social, finance, and economics
Review engineering design, plans, specifications, and estimates in accordance with applicable design codes
Ability to work as part of a team to provide deliverables and meet deadlines
Ability to check drawings and to coordinate with clients (architects, other engineers, general contractors, etc.)
Provide assistance to ensure that drawings, calculations and designs are in accordance with company production and design standards and strengths and follow Quality Assurance and Control procedure
Assist in the preparation of project data for schedules, assist in preparing schedules and budgets in order to monitor progress reports
Ability to provide quality control/quality assurance to ensure deliverables are of high quality and on-time
Assist with proposal preparation and business development efforts, including supporting pursuit strategies, contributing technical input, and helping to capture and deliver new work opportunities
Lead and mentor junior team members by providing technical guidance, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure high-quality project delivery

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent international charter
10+ years' experience of Rail and Transit
Well versed in structural analysis and building behavior
Solid project management skills
Client relationship management skills
Adept in vertical and horizontal engineering principles and code
Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions
Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients' toughest challenges
High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way
Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence
