Education Management
Responsibilities
Developing a deep understanding of Bold’s culture, values, and model
Implementing a vision for student and school culture that is guided by Bold’s values
Investing all stakeholders in Bold’s learning readiness and school culture initiatives, and the overall academic success of every student
Developing strong relationships with families and students, including regular communication that drives high levels of engagement in school culture and academics
Supporting a culture of excellence across the school, collaborating with school leadership and team members on all aspects of school management
Modeling Bold’s core values and building a positive student and team culture across the school
Training with colleagues and school leaders, which includes regularly implementing feedback with grace and urgency in service of student achievement, a values-based school culture, a positive professional work environment, and personal leadership development
Demonstrating a mission-first mindset to ensure all decisions and actions are rooted in ensuring that all students excel
Qualification
Required
Have 3+ years of aligned experience in a high-performing K-12 setting
Hold exceptionally high personal standards for performance and possess an excellence reflex that constantly raises the bar
Hold a Bachelor's degree with an outstanding record of achievement and leadership
Preferred
graduate degree preferred
