Design and implement cutting-edge architectures that power scientific, research, and data-intensive applications
Collaborate with hardware engineers, software developers, and domain experts to deliver scalable, efficient, and optimized solutions

Required

15+ years of experience in HPC architecture design and optimization
Strong C++ skills, including experience coding performance models
Deep knowledge of processors, accelerators, interconnects, and memory subsystems
Hands-on experience with workload analysis, parallel programming (MPI, OpenMP, CUDA, OpenCL), and performance profiling
Familiarity with interconnect technologies (InfiniBand, Ethernet, Omni-Path) and memory hierarchy designs (NUMA, cache coherence protocols)
A seasoned architect with a track record of scaling HPC systems for scientific or research workloads
Proficient in HPC software stacks, compilers, runtime systems, and schedulers
Comfortable mentoring junior engineers and sharing best practices
Skilled communicator who thrives in cross-functional, collaborative environments
Curious and forward-looking, always tracking the latest HPC hardware and software advancements
