Responsibilities
Maintaining College of Medicine student and graduate records, both paper and electronic files
Assisting with registration of medical students
Monitoring the flow of work through various phases of preparation and execution
Processing credentialing materials, preparing transcripts, and completing verifications for COM students and graduates
Reviewing all incoming correspondence for appropriate recipient and composing and preparing a wide range of written communications directed to internal and external recipients
Participating in the planning and execution of events related to graduation, Match Day, and White Coat Ceremony
Interacting with a variety of people within and outside the College regarding student records-related matters
Qualification
Required
High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with the public
Preferred
Experience working in higher education and familiarity with a student information system
