Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting in repairs and maintenance of the building as required by the operation or special projects assigned by Director and Assistant Director of Engineering
This position may also respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve guest satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 + year previous experience in related field required
Requires technical knowledge of building maintenance
Ability to operate computer equipment
Good communication skills are a necessity
Confident, outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request
Position requires continuous standing for 8 or more hours a day
Requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs
Fluency in English is required for this location
Current work authorization in the United States
