Digital Business Analyst - eCommerce & CRM
Composites One LLC is seeking an eCommerce & CRM Business Analyst to drive the growth and adoption of their ecommerce and CRM platform. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance user experience and functionality, ensuring that business needs are translated into actionable requirements and effectively delivered through technical teams.

Responsibilities
Partner with sales, marketing, product management, and customer advisors to understand objectives, pain points, priorities, and KPIs
Translate business needs into actionable use cases and requirements
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process reviews to gather and prioritize requirements
Develop business analysis artifacts, including use cases, customer journeys, and documentation of “as-is” and “to-be” requirements
Work with technical teams to translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, wireframes, and process flows
Actively support agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming and sprint planning
Collaborate through development, testing, and implementation to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test cases, coordinating execution, and confirming requirements are met
Drive adoption of new features through change management initiatives and training
Design and deliver training for internal users and customers
Provide post go-live support as a key contact for issue resolution
Champion continuous improvement by incorporating user feedback into future releases
Conduct competitive research to benchmark industry best practices
Partner with product management to define platform metrics and reporting frameworks
Analyze usage data, web analytics, and system metrics to generate actionable insights
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on eCommerce & CRM
At least 3 years' experience working with Agile and/or DevOps methodologies
2–5 years of experience in B2B environments (manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries)
2+ years of hands-on experience with eCommerce and CRM platforms, preferably BigCommerce and SAP C4
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
Strong oral and written communication skills, able to work effectively across multiple levels of the organization
Proven ability to proactively communicate, plan, and follow up on key initiatives
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams
Preferred
Experience designing and conducting business user or customer training
Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging web analytics and usage data to improve performance
