They are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Improvement Manager to oversee safety, quality assurance, and control activities within their corrugator packaging facility.

Responsibilities

Encourage team commitment to Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards, providing constructive feedback to leadership

Conduct assessments to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all levels

Implement strategies to enhance workplace conditions, focusing on ergonomics, air quality, and overall employee well-being

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve quality performance using Statistical Process Control

Lead orientation training sessions for new hires on Safety and Quality protocols

Conduct timely investigations into incidents, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to develop action plans for hazard mitigation

Educate staff on principles of Total Quality management

Address and resolve significant quality issues in production, maintaining effective communication with customers and leadership

Promote a culture of excellence in Safety, Environmental, and Quality initiatives through personal dedication and focus, ensuring adherence to best practices and policies
