Responsibilities

Conduct sales meetings, trainings, and account/pipeline reviews on a regular basis with sales group

Create a personal network and represent the organization at business sector events to enhance the company brand

Implement sales and marketing strategies to the team which will contribute to achieving the Territory and Regional objectives

Set appropriate performance objectives for team members and hold them accountable for achieving these

Develop a team of high performers who grow business through new account acquisition and expanding share of wallet

Required

10-15 years of related experience of successful supervisory/management experience required to motivate and develop direct reports, as well as size up new talent

Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required

Experienced in strategic management and leadership across company functions directing substantial resources over long time frames

Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework

Strong planning and organization skills are required

Must have strong leadership and management skills
