2+ years expnVent is a leading global provider of electrical connection and protection solutions. They are seeking a highly skilled Builder capable of taking on lead assembly responsibilities and mentoring team members in the construction of Trachte buildings.

Responsibilities
Framing, installing interior liner panel, exterior sheeting, trim, doors & door hardware, gutters, hoods, pans, and hanging HVAC units
Plans ahead and communicates with appropriate parties on what material is needed
Ensures all team members have appropriate tools
Coaches, trains, and mentors team members
Reads and interprets blueprints and assigns tasks to team members based on skill sets
Adheres to and promotes nVent/Trachte's quality and safety programs
Maintains an excellent driving record and is approved to operate company vehicles
Represents Trachte with professionalism and appropriate conduct when providing on-site services, working with the customer, customer representative, subcontractors, or fellow employees
Other duties as assigned
Endeavors to create a workplace environment that is enjoyable, engenders pride in the product and focus on the customer, and provides room for individual responsibilities and ideas
Qualification
Required
Highly skilled Builder capable of taking on lead assembly responsibilities and backing up supervisory responsibilities when needed
Being prepared to be productive with material, resources, and tools
Capable to performing task related to the construction of Trachte buildings
Framing, installing interior liner panel, exterior sheeting, trim, doors & door hardware, gutters, hoods, pans, and hanging HVAC units
Plans ahead and communicates with appropriate parties on what material is needed
Ensures all team members have appropriate tools
Coaches, trains, and mentors team members
Reads and interprets blueprints and assigns tasks to team members based on skill sets

Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
