Responsibilities
Own financial planning, reporting, and analysis for G&A functions
Partner with department leaders on headcount planning, budgets, and spend management
Deliver timely variance analysis and insights to drive accountability
Build scalable reporting tools and dashboards for leadership visibility
Support monthly and quarterly close with Accounting and Finance
Develop models to evaluate key initiatives and long-term planning
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of financial planning & analysis experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
Strong modeling, Excel, and reporting skills
Track record of working cross-functionally to influence decisions
Detail orientation with the ability to zoom out and provide strategic insights
U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, Or Refugee/Asylee Status Required
Preferred
Startup or high-growth company experience
Netsuite or similar ERP system experience
Familiarity with HR, legal, and corporate operations spend drivers
