Responsibilities
Coordinate submittals and manage project documentation with precision
Support project managers and engineers across multiple active jobs
Assist with estimating, scheduling, and cost tracking systems
Prepare RFIs, change orders, and delay notifications
Help close out projects with clean, complete documentation
Be a trusted resource for clients who rely on our expertise
Qualification
Required
Experience in a contractor-side role-Project Engineer, APM, or similar
Familiarity with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and scheduling tools
A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Bonus points if you've worked with estimating software or CPM schedules
