Relationship Manager
Thrive is seeking a Relationship Manager to grow and increase revenue within an assigned territory. The primary function of this role is to build long-term relationships with referral sources and associated merchants while targeting growth from existing and new customers.

Responsibilities
Builds and maintains a network of bank partners from which to identify new sales leads
Sell new merchant accounts, whether self-sourced or referred by referral sources
Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs
Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs
Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale
Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest
Reviews and utilizes reports regarding sales activities including calls, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship issues
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Sales Professional located in Parsippany, NJ
Ability to grow, create, and increase revenue and number of merchants within an assigned territory
Experience in building long-term relationships with referral sources and associated merchants
Ability to target growth from existing customers and new potential customers/prospects
Experience in building and maintaining a network of bank partners to identify new sales leads
Ability to sell new merchant accounts, whether self-sourced or referred by referral sources
Strong communication skills to identify and understand customer product or service needs
Ability to suggest products and services to meet customer needs
Demonstrated ability to communicate the functions and utility of products or services to customers
Commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management
Ability to resolve any issues that may arise post-sale
Experience in maintaining communication with existing and previous customers regarding new products, services, and enhancements
Ability to review and utilize reports regarding sales activities including calls, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship issues
Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
