Responsibilities

Research legal matters regarding Strategic Transactions & Licensing (STL) topics
Assist with contract lifecycle management
Prepare contract summaries, abstracts, and comparison charts
Contribute to and update internal STL wiki, including with respect to updates in applicable law and best practices
Assist knowledge management and practice innovation attorneys in updating STL form agreements and dashboards
Conduct basic due diligence on client and counterparty background and information
Draft basic consents and notices required in connection with certain transactions
Assist attorneys in contract drafting by collecting client data and utilizing contract generator tools
Coordinate and contribute content to internal and external legal presentations, in collaboration with attorneys
Maintain client records using internal database
