Leadership Development Program
Chick-fil-A of Murfreesboro is dedicated to developing leaders who influence beyond the restaurant. The Leadership Development Program is a 24–36 month immersive experience aimed at preparing participants for high-impact leadership roles within the organization.
Responsibilities
Moving from Team Member ➝ Area Director within the first 6 months
Leading in both Front and Back of House
Developing your own vision and leadership style
Becoming an expert in priority and time management
Gaining business acumen: goal setting, training, systems, metrics
Rotational training across all areas of the restaurant
Being part of a team that restores, inspires, and serves-both guests and each other
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree, College Senior, or 5+ Years Leadership Experience
Minimum 45 Hours/Week + Open Availability (including Saturdays)
Commitment to a 2–3 Year Growth Journey
High Standards: Integrity, Ownership, Effort, Dependability
Servant Leadership mindset and strong communication skills
Preferred
Restaurant experience helpful, but not required —we'll train you!
