Responsibilities

Manage daily studio operations while motivating and developing a high-performing team of Flexologists and Sales Associates
Execute creative local marketing, sales, and outreach strategies to grow our client base and exceed monthly goals
Ensure every member feels seen, supported, and energized from the moment they walk in
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and maintain studio standards for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
Hire, train, and coach passionate team members who love what they do
Analyze KPIs, identify trends, and implement strategies that boost performance and profitability

Required

1+ year of management experience (fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality preferred)
Proven success in sales and customer service

Passionate about fitness, health, and helping others succeed
Tech-savvy; comfortable using CRM or POS systems (AI-driven tools a plus!)
