Responsibilities
Provide supports tailored to each individual’s needs and authorized for Mains’l to provide (this may include dressing, bathing, responding to behavioral situations, coaching through challenging moments, etc.)
Support in transportation to various activities and attending medical appointments as needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment
Complete household responsibilities, including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation
Teach valuable life skills
Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy
Document care accurately to ensures ongoing support
Participate in ongoing training, medication reviews, and health assessments
Qualification
Required
A passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives
At least 18 years of age
A valid US driver's license
Ability to pass a background check through DHS
