Responsibilities

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team responsible for enterprise applications, business intelligence, and user support

Manage and improve ERP / CRM and other core systems to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business needs

Work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and deliver practical technology solutions

Provide hands-on support in system configuration, data integration, and custom application development

Champion automation and AI initiatives to streamline processes and enhance decision-making

Build and maintain a centralized data platform to support real-time analytics and self-service reporting

Implement Agile best practices to manage work delivery, stakeholder engagement, and team performance

Oversee vendor relationships, project budgets, and external development resources

Define and enforce standards for system development, change control, documentation, and governance
