Responsibilities
Administer and support SharePoint Online environments, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, OneDrive, PowerApps, and Power Automate
Troubleshoot issues and provide responsive technical support to end users
Implement and manage secure access controls and permissions aligned with organizational roles
Collaborate with leadership to define metadata tagging and version control
Create, manage and maintain project team sites and organization site templates
Leverage PowerApps and power automate to automate SharePoint workflows
Develop training materials and lead sessions to drive user adoption and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and development
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Platform, Teams, and OneDrive
Proficiency in Modern SharePoint, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Microsoft certifications in SharePoint or Power Platform are a plus
