Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, valuation analyses, and sector frameworks
Produce clear, data-driven research that informs investment theses and portfolio positioning
Evaluate company fundamentals, industry trends, and macro factors to identify value drivers and risks
Contribute to the development of research processes, tools, and standards for the broader team
Collaborate with product, strategy, and investment professionals to translate insights into actionable recommendations
Present findings and perspectives to senior stakeholders and clients
Monitor market developments and emerging themes across traditional and digital finance

Required

Proficiency with EDGAR, Bloomberg, FactSet, or Capital IQ
Strong writing and presentation skills — able to translate complex financial or technical topics into clear, compelling narratives
Entrepreneurial and adaptable mindset; comfortable operating in a fast-evolving, high-ambiguity environment
Deep intellectual curiosity about crypto, blockchain technology, and the convergence of digital and traditional markets
Self-starter who thrives in collaborative, high-performance teams and wants to help build something new

Preferred

Familiarity with on-chain analytics or blockchain data tools (Dune, Token Terminal, Artemis, etc.)
