Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager, you will collaborate with executive leadership to foster relationships and drive growth among credit union partners, contributing directly to the company's success and profitability.
Responsibilities
Build relationships that move markets and drive meaningful growth across credit union partners
Work directly with the CEO and Director of Partnerships
Shape what success looks like and build processes that don’t yet exist
Qualification
Required
A consultative seller: with the drive, EQ, and swagger to win new accounts, paired with a framework-driven approach to influence and inspire C-Suite leaders
Ability to balance growing accounts with ongoing support
A builder: who takes extreme ownership and has a bias for action, comfortable creating new processes and motions
Ability to bring a fresh POV, test (and fail) loudly, and help shape the team's broader goals
A team player: who brings others along, works shoulder-to-shoulder in a small organization, and shares in both the wins and the rough patches
