Responsibilities
Collaborate with the team to gather, document, evaluate, and share requirements for onboarding new Portfolio Managers, working closely with diverse teams across Millennium
Support strategic initiatives focused on launching new strategies, products, markets, and trading systems, contributing to the firm's innovative growth
Take ownership of ad hoc projects aimed at driving the expansion of the Trading Services team
Assist in enhancing the onboarding experience for Portfolio Managers, ensuring their success from day one
Qualification
Required
Rising seniors graduating between December 2026 and June 2027
A strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and alternative investments
Cumulative GPA of 3.5 and above
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
