Key Contributor to initiative success

May be called upon to troubleshoot, solve, or consult on, highly technical, complex problems and recommend appropriate actions

Navigate the organization to manage dependencies and remove impediments

Responsible for ensuring Truist SDLC is appropriately followed

Work under minimal supervision

Provide input to initiative-related decisions

Troubleshoot complex problems and recommend appropriate actions

Assist with the transfer of knowledge of Agile skills

Required

Working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies

Detailed knowledge of several IT and non-IT/Agile skills and tools and their application
