In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape the future of data solutions and ensure that data is accurately designed and utilized throughout the Personal Lines business.

Responsibilities
Drive the development and execution of a multi-year roadmap for system modernization and data capabilities
Own the product backlog, including writing user stories and facilitating refinement sessions
Lead a team of direct and matrixed team members embedded in agile, multifunctional teams
Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Actuarial, Data Science, Underwriting, Operations, and IT
Ensure alignment with data governance best practices, including data mapping and dictionary review
Drive decision-making, remove impediments, and manage interdependencies with other Product Owners
Report on Objectives and Key Results and actively participate in agile ceremonies
Qualification
Required
Experience in product ownership or management, particularly in data-related projects
Strong understanding of data governance best practices
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including actuarial, data science, and technology
Experience in agile methodologies and leading agile teams
Strong communication skills to facilitate discussions and drive decision-making
Experience in writing user stories and managing a product backlog
Ability to develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for system modernization and data capabilities
Experience in reporting on Objectives and Key Results
