This role involves designing, developing, testing, and implementing integration solutions between the Workday platform and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow across various business functions.

Responsibilities

Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Design and build integrations using Workday tools and APIs
Configure, test, and deploy integration solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
Document integration designs, processes, and best practices
Train client resources to support integrations post go-live

Required

Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday APIs
Proficiency in web services (XML, JSON, SOAP, REST)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday integrations

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
