Senior Manager, Sales Operations

Responsibilities

Drive strategic projects that span across multiple product lines, including initiatives to build a multi-product selling motion and expansion into new verticals
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align on go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution
Lead and manage change across the GTM organization, ensuring new initiatives are operationalized effectively with clear communication and adoption
Build and deliver executive-ready analyses and recommendations grounded in both quantitative and qualitative insights
Drive best-in-class use of AI and automation across SalesOps processes — applying AI tools for forecasting, pipeline insights, reporting automation, and executive summaries to accelerate analysis and decision-making
Partner with senior leadership to define priorities, track business performance, and identify levers for growth

Required

5-7+ years of professional experience, including 3-4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
Experience in a high-growth or startup environment with exposure to multi-product or multi-segment sales structures
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Sigma, and other sales and GTM systems and analytics tools
Proven ability to influence at all levels, from frontline managers to the C-suite, using a data-driven and consultative approach. You can distill complexity into clear narratives that drive decision-making and then manage execution
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects with measurable business impact
Deep experience leveraging AI tools and automation frameworks to improve forecasting, modeling, and data workflows — with a mindset for experimentation and innovation
Highly analytical, organized, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
