Sales Director, Mid-Market, Chicago
Airlock Digital is a global leader in application control and allowlisting, committed to empowering organizations to operate free from malware and ransomware. The Enterprise Sales Director Mid-Market will be responsible for growing Airlock Digital’s presence in organizations with 1,000 - 7,500 employees by securing new clients and expanding existing relationships through strategic sales plans.

Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities within organizations with 1,000 - 7,500 employees
Negotiate large-scale, multi-year contracts, securing long-term customer partnerships
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
Engage with senior executives, security leaders, and IT decision-makers to position Airlock Digital as a mission-critical security solution
Lead multi-stakeholder sales engagements, ensuring alignment between Airlock Digital’s solutions and customer business objectives
Drive long-term value creation by developing deep customer relationships and executing account-based sales strategies
Collaborate with solutions architecture, customer success, and marketing teams to optimize engagement throughout the sales cycle
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and deal tracking, ensuring data-driven decision-making in sales execution
Represent Airlock Digital at executive-level briefings, industry events, and cybersecurity conferences to expand brand awareness
Qualification
Required
5+ years in technology sales
Experience executing go-to-market strategies and managing sales cycles across channels
Strong communication (both verbal and written), presentation and speaking skills
A sound understanding and working knowledge of cyber security industry, market and trends
Strong connections in relevant markets and/or ability to network with business owners and technology leaders of all-size
Recent experience as a senior sales leader with industry expertise and working in an expansion-stage, enterprise focused, B2B SaaS company
A strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and solution selling approaches
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong drive for achieving and exceeding sales targets
