Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, PySpark, AWS, and SQL
Build and optimize data warehouses, automate workflows, and ensure performance at scale
Partner with internal product owners to translate data requirements into actionable insights
Develop dashboards and analytical tools that enable real-time decision-making
Lead innovation through AI and automation initiatives (RAG, LLMs, chatbots)
Mentor junior engineers and champion data engineering best practices
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on experience in modern data engineering and analytics
Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and AWS data services (Glue, Redshift, S3, Athena)
Strong understanding of Agile delivery and data modeling principles
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
