Responsibilities

Assist in the service of security and fire systems hardware

Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations

Assist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits

Accurately maintain inventory records for all hardware

Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order

Provide excellent customer service by responding to support requests promptly and professionally, ensuring user satisfaction

Performs other related duties as assigned

Complete assigned training modules and certifications within specified timelines

Deliver quality service and support that meets or exceeds customer expectations

Maintain timely and accurate service documentation
