Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate engineering operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution of projects
Support the Director of Facilities in managing site infrastructure, maintenance, and capital improvement projects
Manage landscaping contractors on engineering-related projects, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met
Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to align project goals, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards
Manage and maintain the work order system, ensuring timely response, tracking, and resolution of service requests
Update and maintain various reports related to operations, maintenance, project status, and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5 Years minimum management experience
3 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
a proven track record of successful Facilities Management leadership experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishments
technical knowledge of the following: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, safety systems, architectural, landscape, and energy management
demonstrated business and financial acumen
exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills
strong Leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building
Preferred
experience within refineries and engineering preferred
