Responsibilities

Analyze, enhance, develop, modify, and test business applications to meet evolving business requirements

Collaborate with users and technical teams to investigate issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective system solutions

Translate business needs into functional specifications and implement technical solutions that align with company standards

Provide primary analysis and programming support for customizing or integrating external software packages

Maintain and support existing applications, ensuring stability and performance

Develop and enforce data integrity methods to promote consistent, accurate, and efficient data usage across systems

Proactively recommend process and system improvements to enhance productivity and system reliability

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent work experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or ERP systems support

Hands-on experience with ERP systems; JD Edwards EnterpriseOne strongly preferred

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Data Technologies, including SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization, SSIS, SSRS, and SharePoint

Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions or integrations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

Highly self-motivated, analytical, and capable of working independently or as part of a team

Preferred

Practical experience importing and transforming data for reporting tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards

Strong understanding of data integrity principles and database design

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language

Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of process workflows

Logical thinker with strong problem-solving and prioritization skills

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
