Responsibilities
Oversee and perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance across residential units and common areas
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair
Schedule and prioritize work orders; ensure timely completion and quality standards
Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment
Supervise maintenance staff or coordinate third-party vendors and contractors
Ensure compliance with safety, building codes, and community policies
Conduct regular inspections of property grounds, buildings, and systems
Respond to emergency maintenance requests after hours when needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years in property maintenance, facilities, or building management (supervisory experience preferred)
General repair skills (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
HVAC certification or EPA license a plus
