IP Client Solutions Representative
Questel is committed to growth and social responsibility, fostering an inclusive workplace. The IP Client Solutions Representative is responsible for generating pricing estimates, tracking pricing trends, and analyzing win/loss ratios to support the Sales department.

Responsibilities
Price and quote client estimates in order to win new projects while maintaining standard profit margins
Understand all Questel products and services while applying company pricing guidelines and models to produce accurate, competitive estimates
Responsible for accurately conveying client demands and requests to the Operations team
Respond to inquiries in a timely and service-oriented manner, both internally with sales and project managers, and externally with clients
Consult project managers to examine job details and goals of a project, and sales to understand client requirements and project scope
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and past clients through regular communication, reports, project management, and strategy development
Track win/loss ratios and use data to improve sales strategies and processes
Attend and participate in weekly department meetings
Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Track record using proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships
A combination of business development and account management skills required
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
Able to qualify, identify, and clarify client needs through effective questioning and listening
Able to analyze and synthesize information and evaluate external client needs as they correlate to Questel's services
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and telephone skills, and ability to maintain, strengthen, and develop relationships externally and within the organization
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills, using professional tone and language; tactful and diplomatic with a clear, straightforward, courteous, and cooperative manner when dealing with others
Detail-oriented, thorough, accurate, and able to work quickly and steadily in a focused manner
Able to deal with frequent changes, delays, interruptions, and unexpected events
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Participate in a culture of responsiveness to strengthen relationships and ensure the needs and time of others are met and respected
Willing to work occasionally during non-standard hours
Fluent in English
Preferred
Fluency in another language, other than English, preferred but not required
