Responsibilities

Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment and facilities

Lead all aspects of the maintenance team, including hiring, training, and performance management

Schedule and supervise maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

Lead engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements

Collaborate with other departments to design and implement process improvements

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

Develop and lead the maintenance and engineering budget, ensuring cost-effective operations

Source and lead external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and engineering tasks

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency

Implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and engineering projects

Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance and engineering performance to senior management
