Responsibilities

Lead a team of highly skilled network engineers focused on the delivery, support, and optimization of data center infrastructure at scale

Build a culture of technical excellence, operational discipline, and accountability

Drive major upgrades, platform refreshes, and migration efforts while supporting site uptime, reducing incident noise, and maturing engineering hygiene

Oversee the structured execution of lifecycle management programs spanning proactive patching, vulnerability remediation, and multi-layer software upgrades across routing, switching, security, and application delivery platforms

Partner with strategy, architecture, software, compliance, and program management teams to execute a reliable and secure infrastructure roadmap

Required

6 to 10+ years of experience in Information Technology

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Strong engineering mindset

People leadership capabilities

Cross-functional coordination skills

Experience in core routing and switching

Knowledge of advanced fabric technologies

Experience with network automation

Ability to manage monitoring, security, and full lifecycle management of hardware and software

Experience in structured upgrade programs from Layer 2 through Layer 7

Experience in driving major upgrades, platform refreshes, and migration efforts

Ability to support site uptime and reduce incident noise

Experience in maturing engineering hygiene

Experience in overseeing structured execution of lifecycle management programs

Experience in proactive patching, vulnerability remediation, and multi-layer software upgrades across routing, switching, security, and application delivery platforms
