Responsibilities

Oversee the timely and accurate preparation and filing of corporate and partnership income tax returns, including multi-state and international reporting

Support the development and mentorship of junior tax staff

Assist with implementing effective income tax planning strategies

Collaborate with our internal Controllers and CFOs on various income tax engagements

Liaise with internal accounting teams on various income tax questions and requests

Assist with income tax estimates, projections, and other special tax projects
