Responsibilities

Lead a team of highly skilled network engineers focused on the delivery, support, and optimization of data center infrastructure at scale

Build a culture of technical excellence, operational discipline, and accountability

Drive major upgrades, platform refreshes, and migration efforts while supporting site uptime, reducing incident noise, and maturing engineering hygiene

Oversee the structured execution of lifecycle management programs spanning proactive patching, vulnerability remediation, and multi-layer software upgrades across routing, switching, security, and application delivery platforms

Partner with strategy, architecture, software, compliance, and program management teams to execute a reliable and secure infrastructure roadmap while keeping a sharp eye on live site health and operational excellence

Required

6 to 10+ years of experience in Information Technology

Ability to read, write, and speak English

Strong engineering mindset

Experience with network automation

Ability to manage monitoring, security, and full lifecycle management of hardware and software

Experience in structured upgrade programs from Layer 2 through Layer 7

Experience in delivering, supporting, and optimizing data center infrastructure at scale

Ability to build a culture of technical excellence, operational discipline, and accountability
