Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of Quality Engineering within assigned value streams
Oversee production support, nonconformance investigations, and yield monitoring
Drive process improvements using Six Sigma, LEAN, and Kaizen methodologies
Partner with operations leaders to implement strategies that promote a culture of quality
Maintain robust compliance with FDA, ISO, and international medical device regulations
Qualification
Required
Manage all aspects of Quality Engineering within assigned value streams
Oversee production support, nonconformance investigations, and yield monitoring
Drive process improvements using Six Sigma, LEAN, and Kaizen methodologies
Partner with operations leaders to implement strategies that promote a culture of quality
Maintain robust compliance with FDA, ISO, and international medical device regulations
Bring a strong understanding of Quality Sciences (SPC, DOE, risk management, continual improvement)
Skilled in data analysis using Excel, Minitab, JMP, or PowerBI
Experienced in medical device manufacturing or a highly regulated industry
Preferred
Six Sigma or LEAN certification preferred
