Culinary Administrator
The Union League of Philadelphia is seeking a Culinary Administrator to support their culinary team by managing essential administrative tasks. This role involves close collaboration with the Executive Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations, including labor management and cost control.

Assist with scheduling for kitchen staff to optimize labor efficiency
Manage payroll submissions and track kitchen labor costs
Monitor and report on food cost and inventory control
Maintain and update kitchen operations documents and databases
Assist with purchasing and invoice tracking
Coordinate training documentation and compliance records
Provide general administrative support to the culinary leadership team
Qualification
Required
Proven administrative experience, preferably in a culinary or hospitality setting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and related applications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
College degree
Preferred
Experience with scheduling or payroll software
Basic understanding of food cost and inventory principles
