Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is seeking an Admin Assistant (Marketing Specialist) to support their marketing efforts at the University of Chicago. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, planning communication strategies, and building partnerships to enhance student engagement and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns designed to drive sales and increase revenue

Plan and implement marketing communication strategies, including preparing and delivering client-facing presentations

Build strategic partnerships and host campus events to strengthen student engagement, retail activity, and revenue growth

Identify marketing opportunities requiring visual solutions, conceptualize creative approaches, and deliver high-quality graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite

Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor

Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required

Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely

Performs other duties as assigned
