Responsibilities
Responsible for providing advanced level of support for commercial or syndication loan requests from the time of application to closing
Works closely with Commercial Lenders and Credit Analysts to review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy
Verifies supporting income, asset and liability documentation to support a credit decision
Communicates with Operations Manager and Lending Department to help ensure proper time management of file process
Assists with wires (incoming/outgoing) as needed
Provides customer service to internal and external customers
Understands and complies with industry regulations
Maintains customer confidence by keeping client information confidential
May mentor more junior level coordinators as needed
Understand and comply with all regulations, including the Community Reinvestment Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
4+ years' related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy
Team oriented, possesses a positive attitude and works well with others
Understand and comply with all regulations, including the Community Reinvestment Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc
