BCS Customer Service Representative - Boyne Rewards

Boyne Resorts is looking for a high-energy candidate to join their Boyne Rewards loyalty Program team. The role involves managing customer needs through a CRM program, facilitating membership enrollments, and maintaining member accounts while delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

Works with a CRM program to manage all customers’ needs
Daily phone communication with external and internal guests
Post missing points to customer accounts
Facilitate membership enrollments
Member account maintenance
Manages and creates gift cards
Limited website work
Answer phones and emails as they come in
Other duties may be assigned

Qualification

Customer service experienceWriting skillsVerbal communicationInterpersonal skillsOrganizational skills

Required

1 - 2 years of customer service experience is required
Excellent writing skills to write product descriptions, chat online with customers and respond to emails
Highly developed verbal communication, and interpersonal and organizational skills
