Guide Inbound Leads – Be the first voice customers hear when they reach out to us
Understand Needs – Ask questions, listen closely, and personalize each solution to the customer’s unique situation
Follow Up & Build Relationships – Make 30–50 calls per day to stay in touch, offer insight, and create a smooth customer experience
Stay Coachable – Embrace feedback, stay curious, and keep learning
Meet Sales Goals – Track your progress and help drive the success of your team
Qualification
Required
Great People Skills – You're friendly, attentive, and enjoy engaging with others
Strong Communicator – Confident and clear on the phone, over email, and through text
Adaptable & Quick-Learning – You're hungry to learn and thrive in a fast-moving environment
Tech-Savvy – Typing 30+ WPM and familiar with Google Suite and CRM tools
