F135 LSC Data & Fleet Metrics/Project Engineer (Onsite)

Pratt & Whitney is working to transform the future of flight by designing, building, and servicing innovative engines. They are seeking an F135 on-site Data/Business Analytics Manager/ Project Engineer to analyze sustainment system performance and communicate findings to stakeholders, ensuring the reliability of the F135 fleet.

Responsibilities

Analyze field performance data to drive decisions for solution alternatives
Develop solutions to complex problems consistent with Sustainment performance metrics and reporting
Author technical presentations for upper leadership
Manage multiple assorted projects ensuring teams’ goals are met
Analysis of sustainment system performance degraders and trends experienced in the field through building unique Data Visualizations for KPIs, Degraders, and other related items
Analyze Work Order, Action Request (AR), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) data and trends to identify unique operational problems that require technical, procedural, or quality assurance actions to improve system performance
Team with government and other industry leaders to collaborate on sustainment responses to senior executives in the US and Partner Governments

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, engineering, and/or STEM discipline required
A minimum of 8 Years of experience in Business Analytics, Project Engineering and/or Data Science required
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
CAM Experience
Project Engineering Experience
PowerPoint Expert
Experience with manipulation/analysis of data in spreadsheets or databases (Qlik, MS Excel, Access, HANA, Tableau, or SQL/Oracle)
Advance experience building data visualizations with decomposing KPIs into performance insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to address diverse audiences, both Corporate and Military
