Responsibilities
The attorney will be expected to go to Court
The attorney will be assigned new cases and will be giving introductory calls to them, and returning calls to other clients
The attorney will also schedule time with clients to discuss (over the phone), the pending DMV hearing, what the discovery shows and the arguments that can be made
Qualification
Required
Must be an experienced Criminal Defense Attorney
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Must be able to go to Court
Must be able to handle DUI and all criminal defense cases
Must be able to conduct introductory calls with new cases and return calls to clients
Must be able to schedule time with clients to discuss pending DMV hearings and discovery arguments
