Network Support Specialist Alumus FT

Responsibilities
Provide support of cellular devices, including providing support for Apple and Android devices. Support of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and EndPoint Manager/Intune
Assist with HIPAA and IT Security audits contributing to report on findings
Develop and maintain documentation on hardware and software procedures for both end-users and IT staff
Assist with recommendation, creation, and training of staff regarding technology, security and HIPAA implemented within the Alumus organization
Always assessing security issues and providing recommendations to help maintain security of patient, employee and organizational data
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of three (3) years professional experience in a Microsoft Windows support role
Preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
