Requesting and processing of new and renewal policies
Endorsements, audits including audit disputes, cancellations and reinstatements
Remarketing of accounts
Creating proposals
Certificates of insurance as well as account-rounding
Qualification
Required
New York State Property & Casualty insurance license
Prior commercial lines insurance Customer Service Representative or account manager experience of at least five (5) years
High school diploma
Strong written and verbal communication skills to help clients with their insurance needs
Ability to maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
Focused, productive, and accountable with an attention to detail
Microsoft Office systems proficiency
Preferred
Experience with customer relationship management software
